Product Selection Guide

Shipping
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days from the date of purchase. We ship to the United States and Canada only.  Canadian customers are responsible for any duty fees.

Shipping rates are calculated by UPS or FedEx for all non-economy shipping orders.

In the United States:

  • UPS Ground UPS 2nd Day Air
  • FedEx Ground
  • FedEx 2 DAY

In Canada:

  • UPS Ground 
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited
  • FedEx INTERNATIONAL ECONOMY
  • FedEx INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY

Orders that contain only certain small items marked "Eligible for Economy Shipping" and no more than 3 items total can be shipped using the "Economy" choice on the shpping page.  Most orders are not Economy Shipping orders.

Economy Shipping rates(only for orders that contain 3 or fewer economy shipping items):

  • Economy shipping to continental US :  $2.95 per address
  • Economy shipping to Alaska or Hawaii : $12.00 per address
  • Economy shipping to Canada :  $12.00 per address

Returns and Exchanges
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns and exchanges. The RMA number must appear on all packages and paperwork related to this return. Requests for returns or exchanges must be received within 30 days of shipment of your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Replacement products will be shipped to the customer via UPS Ground.

Non-Warranty Returns
Contact customer service at service@greatbigoutlet.com to request an RMA number. Please include the order number along with the reason for return in your e-mail message. When you have received your RMA number, please ship the item (including all original packaging and components), to:

Warranty Returns
Items that are under warranty may be returned for exchange only. Contact customer service at service@greatbigoutlet.com to request an RMA number. Please include the order number along with the reason for return in your e-mail message. We must have your order number in order to verify that your product is still under warranty. When you have received your RMA number, please ship the item (including all original packaging and components), to:
